    Ultimate kit has all the most popular fittings for your Yamahas! You will never need more fittings or another kit.
    * 26 - 28mm Carburetors -  Use small fittings
    measuring      32.8mm  O.D.
    * 33 - 35mm Carburetors - Use medium fittings measuring  41.0mm O.D.
    * 36 - 41mm Carburetors - Use large fittings measuring     44.0mm O.D.
    Test your engine to see if it will hold 6 psi of air pressure for 6 minutes.
    Yamaha Blaster Leak Down Test - Before performing leak down test, make sure you have the piston at BDC (Bottom Dead Center).
    Setting your piston to BDC - Remove spark plug, stick a new pencil (eraser side first) into the spark plug hole until it hits the piston. Turn motor slowly until pencil is at lowest point in the bore. You are now at BDC. Remove pencil, replace & tighten spark plug, Continue Leak down test.
    Leak down kit is complete with everything you need. PVC Male threaded Adaptors come pre-wrapped with Teflon tape.
    Do not add air to the engine using an air compressor.
    Using a bicycle hand pump stop adding air when your gauge reads 6 psi. Optimally, after 6 minutes the gauge will still read 6 psi.
    If gauge does not hold 6 psi.
    Fill a spray bottle with water. Add five or six pumps of dishwashing soap (Example Dawn). Gently mix soap with water (Don't shake). Liberally spray your entire engine with the soapy solution. Perform the leak down test again. You are looking for bubbles thus showing you where your air leaks are. The slower your engine loses air pressure the harder it will be to find your air leak or leaks. If you see no visible signs of air leakage but your gauge continues to lose air pressure take your clutch cover off and check for leaks around the primary gear and keyway. If no leaks there then pull your stator cover and flywheel and check for leaks. If you still cannot locate any visible signs of air leakage you will need to replace the crank seals in your motor. Perform leak down test again.
    IS A LEAK DOWN TEST ON MY TWO STROKE ENGINE REALLY NECESSARY? - YES IT IS!
    You will notice a surprising performance increase fixing even the smallest of air leaks making this test exciting to check and worth your effort.
    Trying to tune your bike with air leaks is a waste of time.
    It is a must have tool to be used anytime you notice a difference or change in engine performance.
    All air that is required for your engine to run correctly must be metered through the carburetor or air filter.
    There is a high probability you have air leaks if you experience any of these symptoms,
    Hard to start (tons of kicking),
    Power loss, high-revving, hanging idle, running hot, running poorly, running erratically or unreliably.
    First thing to do, Leak test your engine and fix your air leaks! Then you can tune and dial in your setup.
    Air leaks will cause your engine to run lean which causes heat and detonation. Detonation will destroy your engine.
    If you're lucky you will hear the warning signs and shut the engine down until you diagnose the issue. This type of catastrophic failure usually happens fast.
    Cheap insurance and peace of mind is the result of owning and using your Leak down tester.
    The alternative will be expensive and time-consuming to recover from.
    15 psi air gauge may be substituted with equal quality gauge based on availability.
