We have designed and 3D printed nose cushions for years with over 8,000 sold.
We were asked if we would develop a few DCN680 series cushions, so we came up with these three designs
to fit the Dewalt 20v Nailers such as DCN680D1, DCN680B & DCN681B  (replaces OEM # DW-N558471 & DW-N569446).
Our testing:
- We develop and test our cushions on soft cedar wood to make sure it doesn't make any marks.

Nailing advice:
- If you have a habit of placing a lot of your body weight on the nailer when nailing, it makes it very difficult for the nose cushion to protect the wood. Let the nailer do the work. :)
- Softer woods need a larger surface area to prevent marring from the nailers recoil.
Greater visibility, increased surface area from OEM to reduce marring and a centerline on the front and back.
Narrow
- Good for tight spaces. Narrow surface area. Center lines on the front and back for easier alignment
Curve
- Larger curved surface area for precision nailing. Center lines on the front and back for easier alignment
Wide
- Huge surface area for soft wood. Flexible ends. Center lines on the front and back for easier alignment
