    "Cementex IOEWS-8 high voltage double-insulated open end wrench set is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. The IOEWS-8 standard open end wrench set contains eight open end wrenches ranging in size from 3/8" to 13/16" organized in a black tool pouch. Ideal for use around energized bus bars, back-up batteries and in power systems in central office facilities."
