Slightly used Hastings Model  11 056 wire cutter hot stick was manufactured in 1999.
Blades are in nice shape with no gouges. Item looks to be in Good condition with very little use.  This item was purchased from a small electrical company that went out of business.
Item Should Be Sent Out for Certified Inspection And Dielectric testing Before Use.
