Our store is named after one of our favorite places to visit, Wolf Creek Pass, Colorado. With its beautiful Treasure Falls, and magnificent scenic vistas, it is one of the most beautiful places in the country.  Wolf Creek General Store is a small personalized online store that strives to bring to you the highest quality items, at the most reasonable prices we can. We often obtain very limited quantities of the things we sell, and many times we only have 1 of a particular item. We source our items from many different places, and generally when they are sold, we will not be getting any more.
We obtain our merchandise only from legitimate sources. It is generally; over, excess, retired, or discontinued stock from various retail outlets. Sometimes, we have items that have been opened, but never used. This allows us to provide you with genuine products, typically at significantly reduced prices, without the fear of buying a knock off or reproduction.
We take pride in our ratings, and strive for a seamless, no mistakes buying experience for you. However, we have been known to make a mistake or two, if we make them, we will fix them, just give us a chance to correct the situation. We simply ask that, you make sure before your place an order, that it is an item you really want. Returns are very costly for both you, our customer, and for us.

- We guarantee the merchandise we sell is exactly as it is described and pictured in our ad. If we have a picture of the actual item, you will receive exactly what is in the picture. If what you receive is anything other as than described or pictured, we will take care of the issue. If you receive a damaged item, we will take care of it. If you receive the wrong item, we will take care of it. However, if the mistake is not ours, you will be responsible for the cost.

Normally, in addition to stock photos that we show for the item, we take a picture of the actual item we are shipping to you, unless we have multiples of the same item. Almost always, we ship within 1 business day of your order. Sometimes we even ship the same day, but, every now and then we take a day or a few off. Class. Over 1 pound we use, USPS: Parcel Post, & Priority, -or- Fed Ex/UPS: Home/Ground Delivery, or Smart Post. When we do

shipping, we always use the most economical method, but also try to have it delivered as quickly as we can, we may offer faster for a slight up charge. BOOKS, will always be sent Book Rate, unless you pay for faster delivery.
RETURNS:

If you receive an item that is not as described or pictured in the ad, is defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered; PLEASE contact us first. We will replace or refund your purchase price. We MAY ask you to return the item. We will ask you about the condition of the package, when you received it. We may ask you to take a couple photos, so we can file a shipping claim. If we ask you to return the item, we will reimburse you for the return postage, and we will fully refund your purchase price.
If you decide that you
; do not want the item, miss-ordered the item, don’t like the item, or made a mistake, we will take your return, if is unused, and in original shipped and resell-able condition.
HOWEVER
, we ask you to understand that we spent money to ship it to you, and to get it back. Because we are a small store, and typically sell only a few of each item listed, we will refund your purchase price, less what it cost us to ship it to you, AND to ship it back to us. So,

We take a picture of every item we ship along with your invoice or shipping label, before it is actually packaged. If the item is new and not defective and was shipped to you in the original sealed manufacturer packaging, it must be return in the same condition. Unused & unopened. It must be in resell-able condition to receive a refund.
Cosmetics:
If NEW & sealed; they must be returned the same way, or there will be NO refund. We will NOT refund on cosmetics that you have opened and used. USED cosmetics; are all sold as is, and there are NO refunds.
Gourmet Foods, Groceries, & Anything Edible:

NEW items in this category. Sealed and in the original manufacturer's packaging. We will issue a refund

if the item has never been opened, and is still sealed from the manufacturer, and in resell-able  condition. IF IT HAS BEEN OPENED WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!!!
