This is an offering for Presto pots with a valve on the bottom, a variable speed stirring system that mounts to the presto pot or the combo for a complete open pour system. These are used for soft bait making. The presto pots are the most popular 6 qt (model #06006). Adding the ball valve on the bottom allows the bait maker to fill their open pour molds. The presto pots hold the plastisol at the desired temperature. Combined with the stirring system your chance of scorching your plastic is next to nothing. If you are currently using a microwave to make baits you'll love the freedom of not having to heat reheat burn yourself squirt one mold and do it all over again. Using a presto pot w/stirrer just pour your desired amount of plastisol in the pot turn the pot on to around 375 turn your stirrer on low and prepare your molds. By the time you prep your molds you look over and your plastic is clear and ready for color and glitter. Turn your temperature down to your desired temperature 300-325 (depending on outside temp.) Let your stirrer completely mix your color and glitter. The best part is the huge time saving, your glitter doesn't clump and you don't have to keep stirring your plastic or worrying about scorching (wasting) your plastic. The pots are setup with a smooth 3/8" bore for quick color changes. With over 400 stirring units in use they have been super dependable. Comes with directions and recommendations. For the hardcore large swimbait makers they are using 3-5 setups (depending on how many colors). No more pouring from a pyrex cup and getting it everywhere. The valve is great for when you don't use all the plastic in that pot you do what I do. Get a cookie sheet and open the valve to put a thin layer of plastic so the next time you use that color it melts really quick instead of big chunks of plastic that take forever to melt.
