You are bidding on a lightly used Jonard? P/N HW-UW224 hand wire wrap tool for 22-24 AWG. Good used condition, although the shaft may be slightly bent, but I don't think this matters. Wrapping tool on one side, unwrapping on the other.  From the data sheet:
"These two sided wire wrapping and unwrapping tool are intended to be two tools in one. They are designed to produce perfect wire wrapping connections.
