I have not polished the silver as some people like to show its age, however they could be removed for another beltThey original belt is really worn and cracked as shown on the pictures. At the back it is darker in color and more stiff I imagine, from sweating working on the farm or rounding up horses. It definitely has a story to tell as you can see.The belt itself is 41 1/2” long, 1”wide tapering to 1/2”. The buckle is 1 1/2”.The size is worn off but the belt measures 36 to 39 inches in between belt holes. This is a true piece of history dating back generations. Anyone would be thrilled to add this to their collection.
