Due to the incompetance of the US POSTAL SERVICE we are unable to offer FIRST CLASS (INEXPENSIVE) MAIL  for this item.
We apologize on behalf of the US POSTAL SERVICE that you have to now pay for Priority Mail because they can't seem to deliver packages consistently.
Also, please note that purchasing Priority Mail does not mean you will get your item on time. It simply means if you don't get it we can get a refund for the shipment.
It's really a shame that it has come to this but we are just exhausted by customers who consistenly blame us for the service that the USPS provides.
