Kicker Idler gear  "BUSHING and CLIP" The kicker idler gear sits to the left (towards rear of bike) of the clutch basket and is notorious for wobbling loose and coming off which can lead to serious engine damage. Why buy the new kicker idler gear when an inexspenive bushing replacement will do? Replace that worn stock bronze bushing with steel bushing cut with oil grooves. Easy to install!! NOTE: These are tested and fit perfectly on a new shaft. IF for any reason it doesn't fit, it's because your old shaft circlip groove has flared out  because of old worn bushing allowing gear to wobble and rock the clip in the groove. Shaft may need replaced or lightly filed/sanded down. Any questions please get ahold of us.
